Tuesday, 24th August – BB11 Ends
...Ultimate Champion begins
Channel 4 have confirmed that Big Brother 11 will end on the 24th of August. This will make way for the ‘Ultimate Champion’ competition series to end the whole ten years on a high.
A number of ‘classic housemates’ will be appearing in the ‘Ultimate Champion’ series, including some from past Celebrity editions and normal Summer series.
Current housemates are oblivious to what is going on, and the winner of BB11 will be shocked when it is revealed that he/she will be staying in the house for another two weeks, competing with past winners, to win the ‘Ultimate Champion’ title.
It is anticipated that producers are eager to throw some more housemates into the house before the series is out to stir things up. Could this let the secret out about the ‘Ultimate Champion’, to competing housemates?
According to show bosses, the Tuesday finish for the eleventh and final series, was decided on, purely because it would be a bit different and surprise housemates.
Big Brother is currently contacting over 250+ housemates and celebrities to see if they are willing enough to participate one last time in the ultimate Big Brother house, and “submit themselves to Big Brother’s control once more.”
The number of housemates and celebrities returning is still undecided. As soon as we find out we will let you budding fans know.

What an awful lineup that would be. Niki and Nadia are two of the most overrated housemates ever.
I’m guessing Davina will interview the winner in the house so that the winner receives an interview as per normal.. then they send in the ex-housemates?

I Can´t wait when this startet. This normal season is so boring. I want to see atleast this housemates: Pete bennet, bete Burns,Nikki graham, Nadja,macosi,angel,chanell and marco.
Feel really sorry for whoever wins, they will be looking forward to coming out to fireworks and the crowd etc, they should be able to experience that the same as every other winner, not be told oh you need to stay for another 2 weeks.

It ends on a Tuesday? What a stupid idea, it makes no sense! How am I supposed to play a BB finale party for a Tuesday night? Channel 4 are so inconsiderate.
This is going to be a massive failure isn’t it…Josie or John James will win BB11 & when they find out they have to stay in the house apart they will walk & they should too. Josie deserves to win, I want her to win, but I don’t want to sentence her to 2 wks of Nikki, no one deserves that!! They know nothing about this – Ultimate HM should be a separate thing. CH4 f*** up yet again.
Totally rubbish. I think they’ve ruined this series by doing this. They should have had a normal series and then done the special one at Xmas or something.
I also think that the ‘surprise’ on the current housemates is totally unethical. They’re going to be terrified. They’re gearing themselves up fir another fortnight to prepare, some of them having been in there for nearly three months, and then wham bam you’re thrown to a baying mob totally out of the blue. It’s not good.
I think they will be asked first to make sure its ok. I think that the production team have a care of duty to the contestents and will make sure its all ok for them.
Take into account that ch4 have only a 13week window for big bro and with it being the last 1 they are trying to get a normal summer series done with a champ special done which most of public where wanting as a idea to end big bro uk on a high.
Further my last comment which by the way is my 1st ever on anything like this.Ch4 are doing the 2 big bro series in the 13week window they have at least this way big bro will get i hope the proper send off it trurely richly deserves.Love to all on this page.
My 3rd and last message before i go to bed is i’m hoping that bblb have marcus bentlys best bits on a show this week as last year davina got best bits on a bblb,also i hope e4 nxt year to fill the void of big bro is for them to show other big bros as they have twice shown big bro usa,i hope they show big bro australia,or another usa series or big bro africa.LOTS OF LOVE.
