Lauren’s eviction on Friday secured 1.35 million viewers (excluding +1), and the weekend shows performed as expected with high +1 ratings.
Saturday
Highlights of day 46 averaged 886,000 viewers (4.4%) at 9PM.
An additional 125,000 viewers on Channel 5+1 brings the total audience to 1.01m. Six Saturday shows this series have now rated above the 1 million mark, whereas only three managed to in 2011.
Sunday
Yesterday, 1.24m (5.7%) tuned into Channel 5 at 9PM, with an extra 155,000 viewers on timeshift giving the episode a total rating of 1.40m.
This was a good improvement on the previous Sunday’s 1.25m (including +1), and helped Channel 5 beat BBC2 in the overall primetime audience shares.
