After Nicola was evicted from the house last night, the twins seem to have been making an effort to be more domesticated. The two are clearly learning a lot in the process.
The twins have spent a lot of time scrubbing away at the kitchen, to clean up ready for tomorrow. They seem to be enjoying getting into a bit of dirt-busting work, and have proved that they’re not afraid to put in a bit of elbow grease for the sake of the house.
There do appear to be a few small holes in their knowledge of the household, though. The twins seemed to take a little bit of time to identify the oven, with Karissa feeling the need to confirm that they’d found it: “this is the oven”. After some discussion as to what strategy to take with the appliance (“what’s that thing? Wanna press it?”) the twins thought they’d finally got there. Unfortunately, though, they’d only succeeded in changing the time.
It was at this point that the twins felt the need to explain themselves to the cameras. “We’ve never used an English oven before, OK? We don’t know how to do this stuff. It just has pictures, for 2 year olds” Karissa ranted. Eventually, though, the two got it working and were away. Soon enough, they were baking up a storm.
Our twins only have a day left, though: would they have become domestic goddesses were it not for Nicola‘s presence? We’ll unfortunately never know. What we can confirm at this point is that they know how to use an oven.

the twin are as butiful as they are intelligent not at all cant even work the oven what sort of role models are they to young girls.
I don’t know what ovens are like in the UK, but as an American, when I went to France the ovens were totally different there and when I tried to make a cake that was right in my wheelhouse at home, it came out really effed up. Ovens are just different in different places, it doesn’t make someone a bad role model if they need time to figure something out.
Well said Bob Loblaw, I didn’t know how to work my sons oven either, he lives in California. Maybe the ones criticising are the ones that do not know better.
After over 20 years of using an old fashioned electric oven, I finally got a modern one with a ceramic top and an instruction manual that I still have’nt completely figured out.I don’t doubt that the twins are smart, but I just don’t want them to win. Confidence is great, over confidence not so good. Last night when they described themselves as ‘humble’ I almost fell off the sofa laughing. People on BOTS keep saying how good they have been in the house, but apart from looking decorative, and coming up with a few insightful comments, I feel they have contributed very little overall.
Give me a break they couldnt even boil a kettle and admitted it. Plus they have had 3 weeks to work it out

But if I’m being honest, I assume I could boil a kettle, but I don’t think I’ve ever done it before. I don’t drink tea of coffee and if I’m boiling water for cooking, I use the microwave.
But whatever, you’re going to dislike them no matter what they do, so I’m just wasting my time trying to defend the non-offensive things that they do which people find offensive because they were predisposed to dislike the twins from the start.
Bob, I don’t dislike them because they can’t boil a kettle. I dislike them because this culinary ineptness is symptomatic of their laziness and their being indulged for no apparent reason. That, among other reasons, is why they are so disliked. Plus, they show no humility at being so ill at ease with kitchen appliances and even go so far as to blame the particular cooker! Dear me.
Have to admit Bob when they first went in I didnt think too much of them but they have grown on me regardless of what anyone else says. It is a game as we keep on saying and as such they have worked things out re nominations and alike not always been right but they have thought about it. My choice, but I would love Michael to win.
but who can we hold up as role models for young girls? Mmmm cant think of any of the woman tbh.

I cannot for the life of me understand why the british public are so against the twins. The latest I hear on BOTS is that they are money crazy, playing a game etc. Are we that ignorant that we do not think BB is a game show, and that everyone is in it for the money?
The crowd that attend BOTS are not the ones regularly watching BB. Last night one ignorant woman piped up and told Nicola that the public only booed her because she was hanging around with the twins. As far as I can remember she was booed when she entered the house, and the people were chanting “get Nicola out” even when she wasn’t up for eviction. By the way Andrew lost his match in Australia, and is now Scottish, he is only british when he wins. This was quite a laugh on “The Wright Stuff” this morning. If you were honest with yourselves, you would realise Michael is the only one worthy to win. Cheers!
I cringed at that woman’s remark Dragon, what a load of rubbish eh. I can see why they got together, same age, same thoughts. Bots has really had it in for the twins and havent given them a fair airing at all, more so since Natalie went out and the dynamics changed in the house.

Apart from all the usual garbage on BBOT’s, did you hear that dis-funtional Brian “Bellow” shouting the odds? As for this unreasonable hate for the twins – what have they done that is so terrible? They came on to a ‘Game’ show [ I repeat GAME ] and they have kept us entertained whilst playing the game. I do agree they come over as arrogant and a trifle big-headed, but does that warrant all the abusive comments?

Oh Sammy I cant stand that bloke, never liked him in the house when he won. Couldnt see why he won, hated him on the sideshows and alike and last night well, I do think that Emma loses control at times.
The twins had a lot of support before Pantgate but sadly that changed quite a lot. There are still some who want them to win and are standing up for them.
I honestly don’t understand what the twins have done that is so bad. Truly. It makes no sense that they get so much shade thrown at them.
They havent done anymore than a lot of the HMs from the past have done and been. Unfortunately imo they have come up against a member of the past coven which has been broken up and one who could win tonight. Damage all around for our American buddies.

Not voting for them Nick, I think it will all be pretty close tonight tbh. Dont know much about chavs but I do wonder if the cash will help either of them. I have nothing against Frankie though and would love to see him get on in life and be sensible with the things that went wrong before from XFactor. Do leopards change their spots though?
In the three weeks I have watched BOTS there have only been three women guests who have said what they thought about the show ( they were all on the same night) all the other guests only said what the studio audience wanted them to say. How pathetic.
If Denise wins tonight you can be sure the next intake of housemates will be getting anebriated at every opportunity, and cause trouble, hoping to win as well.

We the British public decide ( or should) who wins as it’s OUR show, the winner should be the most popular and i’ve yet to talk to 1 SINGLE PERSON who likes these 2 hillbillies.
