Natalie Cassidy is a British-born actress, most famous for her iconic role as Sonia Jackson in hit soap, EastEnders. With some of the most memorable storylines ever, the nation followed Natalie grow up on screen when she appeared in the soap from 1993 until 2007. As her most famous role to date, Natalie also won a British Soap Award for Best Actress in 2001.
After leaving EastEnders, Natalie went back to her life as a thespian and succeeded in her natural love for being on stage when she appeared in The Vagina Monologues, Bedroom Farce, Gertrude’s Secret and The Cherry Orchard. Her career also continued to boom onscreen as she appeared in BBC sitcom Psychoville, adventure show Natalie Cassidy Goes Wild in Australia and a comedy cameo in The Catherine Tate Show.
As well as her fame on screen and on stage, Natalie is known for releasing her fitness DVD which was the fastest-selling workout DVD ever and she fronted her own show Natalie Cassidy’s Diet Secrets.

She and Diane are going to team up obviously as their friendship is already pretty solid. I mean in nomination they both voted for the same people and that means they are either conspiring or they think on the same wavelengths. Never been a fan of the people who start talking behind people’s backs especially when it is to pick on negative characteristics as opposed to a persons positive characteristics. Clearly she was publicly assasinating Andrews character when she started stating the fact he is hiding his sexuality. I’m not really a big fan of Andrew either but I wouldn’t be so hastey to judge him the way they did. She was pretty good in the first task though and she is at least quite watchable. She definately has an inner ***** waiting to be unleashed.

Jules, I said the same thing a couple of days back – from being my second favourite, I now hope Natalie does not reach the finals. Watching the LF last night confirmed my conception – not a very trustworthy HM. Still like Denise and hope she does not follow the same path. Do they not realise the public are watching???

Micro I agree look how she sat on her bed and said that she was frightened of Andrew the night before. How could she be frightened in the BB house with security and 11 other people in the room. Josie was another one I didnt have faith in Micro, I really didnt want her to win but three weeks is a short time for people to really suss someone out and Jon got most of the flack there. The proof was in the eating after the show. I do not like her now. Natalie is the same imo.

Because her and denise are the only ones out of the girls that have gone in their without being a model or cheated on their husband!
I just find natalie and denise alot more entertaining than all of the others girls, shes funny!
I like Natalie she’s funny, I hope she doesn’t change throughout. Maybe one reason lots of people like her is because she’s more relatable as she’s not a size 6 model with fake boobs and noses? It’s good to have normal looking people in there!

I saw them hiding the food Micro but was the wine another incident? Wonder if they will show it tonight? They have taken over the running of the kitchen, Natalie has been at the fore right from the beginning. Now a good operator would try and have a meeting re the food issue if someone is being more greedy than others. Devious otherwise not being honest at all. xx
I haven’t seen them hiding food, but Natalie very slyly first moved two bottles of wine to the counter at the back, then slid one into a bottom cupboard. I’m not sure when it was now though. Could have been after Georgia left.

I did want Natalie to win until I watched Thursdays CBB when she had a go at Michael & said she was bored with both him & Denise & can’t be bothered to listen to either of them again & don’t want to talk to them. She then went out to the garden with Denise & listened to Denise slagging Michael off. I was willing Michael to go over to the table & say to Natalie “you told me you didn’t want to talk to us & you’re bored with us so why are you sitting here with her slagging me off”.
The trouble is Deb he would have been in hot water had he done so. Natalie and Nicola were having a good “*****” about him and he was sat not far away from them. No wonder Georgia, the twins and Michael feel out of the main part.
I’m looking forward to the twins ‘making life hell’ for the three witches, if they stay. I think they will really do it too.

Hi Microsis – believe they did open the lines again. Have not watched it yet as I came in too late. All I managed to do was see that Michael was still there and then watched Natalie’s face as it came down to her versus M……..went to sleep happy! Also glad the twins stayed as they are entertaining. Wonder who is next up – and out?? What are your thoughts?
I tried a phone vote but was told that the lines were closed. It may have been that the show is behind on tv? On the other hand though I cant remember Brian saying that the votes were closed again?
I think Sammy that both Kirk and Natalie were shocked. Natalie was sat back as though she was the queen of the house, even the HMs were shocked. Goes to show though that the cheers outside mean absolutely nothing at all.
The top three on OChecker for winnining status is now Gareth, Frankie and Michael but I think it is anyones game going back last nights procedure in particular. The eviction odds havent been shown yet. x

Well good results last night am well pleased about Natlie, wasnt to worried about Kirk. Kept a watch on the OChecker though and Natlie went from being safe to third favourite to go, couldnt believe it, just like that!!! Michael went down to 6th and Romeo went up into 4th place. Some betting going on there. I am wondering if people leave it until the last moment as after all Natalie would have been more valuable at the safer position.

It’s a funny cbb this year. ,,don’t you think. ,,the public usually get the most entertaining hms out first ,,and were left with same old. ,,so this time it’s good.,,,,,I can’t so passionate about cbb though ,,not like I do bb. ,,I like a few ,, not bothered about most. ,. As you know I like Romeo (but does he deserve to win ) ,,, hope so. ,,, Sausage again this Sunday for you Lol.
I think love that whilst he is so handsome and is eye candy it may be his downfall as he doesnt do a lot. Having said that though the powers that be do have a habit of showing that which they think the public will like as in the case of Kirk/Georgina and Denise/Michael.
Now if we listen to bits and pieces we find out that Michael had a liking for Natalie and that they had had fun together (comedy fun) why hasnt any of this been shown? Why do they insist on showing the worst of the greatest HMs. I have no doubt that we will find out afterwards that Romeo has been a great guy but he isnt confrontational enough to display on the hour edits. This is why we need more of live feed to see the tasks more imo. Lets see more of the fun side as well.
At the moment the twins, Michael and Denise are the best tv imo. I hope the twins and Michael make it until the final. Romeo is depicted as 4th possible winner, last night he was third. In the eviction process after Denise and Michael halted their fight for eviction it became Michael and Romeo…had to laugh but it was good for Michael. xx
I think also Micro that the ordinary BB is better because we dont know anyone, to me the so called celebrities have been a let down. Most know each other to begin with, the sideshows know them thus the support for Natalie and the disgust at her being evicted. To me they show their true colours and thus it takes away the value of their talents.
I found Natalie very superior in her views with her Brian and BOTS. She put herself on a pedastal far to much for my liking and she dominated Brian. Kirk was softer but I have never really been for or against him. I wouldnt have minded had he won.
Denise’s face was a study, next week should be interesting, I feel it may be Michael and the twins sticking together for support and Nicola and Denise together. Frankie is going to be lost as Romeo wont entertain the “silliness” of Frankies actions. Nicola may be in a difficult position if she stands between Michael and Denise, will she try and be fair to both of them or will she just stand up for Denise. we have to remember that Michael will go back to US whereas the Brits will be here.
Alternatively they may just all get on together……some will say that is boring but I would enjoy some togetherness and fun.
Jules, some really good points you have made here. With the celebrity version we have preconceived ideas about their personalities, mostly from mags and news items. It often comes as a shock when a completely different person emerges – as it has done for me with Natalie and Denise this series. I truly wanted Denise to do well until these nasty traits were shown. Such a shame, as I fear it will have done her career no good. Another that has done himself no favours is Kirk, who has left the show as an ignorant sexist twit. On the other hand Frankie could have done himself a lot of good – if he can learn respect for everyone, and curb his language! With the plain BB series, all the HM’s should be ‘unknown’ and the enjoyment is getting to know them. Cant wait for the next series, as BB offers light entertainment, and a way of escaping life’s daily monotony – and sadness!

Natalie should have stayed unlike the others she admitted she wanted to stay. The others said that they didn’t mind being voted out, give me a break, if that was the case they wouldn’t have gone in there. Just goes to show how honest she is. This woman’s ego is great, last evening she had to get in the act with Romeo, diving over to cuddle him. (I believe Kirk followed suit) it was Romeos time not theirs. She had to ask them the question “did anyone talk about me when I went” and Kirk followed suit. I was under the impression that it was Nicola and Romeo’s time, tut tut. As Nicola was supposed to have been her bestest friend in the house, why didnt she run over and cuddle her? Such egos.
