Studio and ‘Sweat Box’ pictures surface

Today, pictures of the Bit On The Side studio and ‘sweat box’ have surfaced online. The pictures show the studio to be completely emptied, and assets of the studio fixings are being deconstructed.

Rumors are going around that the studio will be moving to the George Lucas Studio for the summer series where Big Brother’s Little Brother and Big Mouth was previously filmed.

Big Brother could be back as early as May, but this is yet to be confirmed by Channel 5.

As you can see from the picture, the studio is almost unrecognisable, with many elements gone. All that remains is part of the desk and the back wall where the hot seat used to be.

The ‘sweat box’, that’s normally a hive of the latest technology and equipment has been stripped bare. No signs of social following going on in here.

It’s that time of year again where you could be fronting the producers and heading off to one of the most popular houses in Great Britain for the summer.

CBB final watched by 3.1 million

Denise Welch’s Celebrity Big Brother triumph was seen by 3.14 million viewers yesterday, more than those who watched Paddy Doherty win last year.

The 2011 series finished with 3.0m, but last night’s finale attracted 3.04m (13.3%) on Channel 5, with a further 100k viewers watching an hour later on the new +1 channel.

The show peaked with 3.77m (17.6%), and was more than enough to beat Channel 4 and BBC2 in the 9PM hour.

Bit On The Side recorded 1.54 million viewers after the main show – the second highest rating in the spin-off’s history behind its premiere last summer.

Celebrity Big Brother has consistently been Channel 5‘s most-watched primetime show, and overall the second series averaged 2.3 million, slightly down on 2011′s 2.5 million.

Here are some overnight statistics from the series (not including +1):

Denise wins Celebrity Big Brother 2012

Denise has been crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2012 by the British public, it has been announced.

Denise Welch is an actress and television presenter whose career kick- started when she left London’s Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 1979. Although she has worked in theatre, Denise is probably best known for her career in television and has appeared in hit dramas such as Auf Wiedersehen Pet, Byker Grove, A Kind of Living and Spender.

Most recently, Denise is known for her four year long role in the highly successful drama, Waterloo Road. She is married to actor Tim Healy. They have two children.

23 days have come and gone with Denise fighting each and every day to survive, half way through at breaking point after an argument sparked between her and the Twins.

She will be best remembered for her arguments with Michael as well as her very opinionated personality, which led her to troubles at certain points.

Upon leaving Denise told Brian Dowling “Honest to god, I don’t think I’ve ever been so lost for words“

Frankie finishes in 2nd place

Frankie finishes 2nd place in Celebrity Big Brother 2012.

Frankie Cocozza was catapulted into the spotlight in 2011 after successfully auditioning for the X Factor. Mentored by Take That’s Gary Barlow, Frankie continued to do well in the show until he sensationally left, a move which he says made him “feel free.”

Although Frankie was rumoured to be dating his fellow X Factor contestant, Amelia Lily, he insists he is single.

He lasted 23 full days in the Celebrity Big Brother house and was popular for his disgusting habits of capturing his ‘farts’ and for picking his nose as well as his disrespectful talk towards girls and sex.

Frankie entered at 18 with few positive notions to his name, and will leave at 19 with the public having a better understanding of the person behind the tabloid headline.

Gareth finishes in 3rd place

Gareth finishes 3rd place in Celebrity Big Brother 2012.

Gareth Thomas is a retired Welsh professional rugby player who is highly commended for his success and achievements in his sport. After starting his career playing at youth level, Gareth continued his first class career at Bridgend where he stayed and returned to for a number of years.

Since coming out as an openly gay man, Gareth has become a vocal supporter of Childline and has commented that “if [coming out as gay] makes one young lad pick up the phone to Childline, then it will have been worth it.”

Lasting 23 days in the Celebrity Big Brother house he became the father figure, making the table, the beds and washing the dishes.

He will be best remembered for his determination during tasks and for his continued support to other housemates when they felt at their worst, including Nicola and Denise.

Upon leaving Gareth told Brian Dowling “I survived. I think everybody’s focus was to get to the final week”.

Michael finishes in 4th place

Michael finishes 4th place in Celebrity Big Brother 2012.

Michael’s career began when he served as an apprentice under screen icon John Malkovich and since then he has gone onto work with the likes of Johnny Depp, Al Pacino, Uma Therman and Susan Sarandon.

He was tempted to go into the Celebrity Big Brother house by his co-star and ex-CBB housemate, Vinnie Jones who he became great friends with when filming Magic Boys in 2009.

23 days later, Michael was evicted on the final night of Celebrity Big Brother.

The Hollywood actor will be best remembered for his rants and arguemtns with Denise along with his grumpy moods and refusal to participate in tasks.

Upon leaving Michael told Brian Dowling “I didn’t even think I’d make it through three days, I’m just not cut out for this sort of thing”.

Kristina & Karissa finish in 5th place

Kristina and Karissa finishes 5th place in Celebrity Big Brother 2012.

Glamour girl twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon are American glamour models who are best known for their roles as Playboy Playmates.

After moving into the Playboy Mansion in 2008, the gorgeous twins became two of Hugh Hefner’s three new girlfriends. This catapulted them into fame and they began appearing on the hit US reality television series, The Girls Next Door.

They managed to last 23 days in the house under the watchful eye of Big Brother and the British public.

The twins will be best remembered for their high profile opinions about themselves as well as sparking many a few arguments with other housemates.

One of their most memorable moments took place in the final week when they came to blows with Denise following an incident during a girly night. Denise playfully tugged on Karissa‘s Pyjama trousers to pull them down, much to Karissa‘s dismay which resulted in a full-scale row amongst Denise, the twins, Nicola and Frankie.

Overall, the twins proved that they were more than doubly prepared for all the challenges of House life, teaching some of the others that you shouldn’t mess with them because there’s “two of them.”

Upon leaving Kristina and Karissa told Brian Dowling “We didn’t know what was going to happen last week so we’re happy we’re here now. Everybody won”.

Day 22 in the CBB house

Day 22

The CBB 2012 Awards!
Your winner is crowned!

Introduction
The final five housemates wake up to their last day in the Big Brother house. Michael starts the day by imitating the Big Brother voice and then joins Gareth for a work out in the gym.
Later, in the diary room, Michael tells Big Brother, “if you hear an explosion or something like a grenade, it’s probably my nuts.”

The twins show their domestic side as they spend the afternoon cleaning the living area. Michal takes a dip in the pool.

7:37PM
The award for Best Housemate is won jointly by Gareth and Natalie. Earlier in the day, the twins said that Gareth should win because he is “very considerate” and Frankie reiterated, “he’s just a good bloke.” Gareth collects his award and tells the housemates that he loves them all.

The housemates start to celebrate and Kristina starts dancing provocatively and she and Frankie joke that he should pour a glass of water over her as she dances. Frankie climbs on the sofa and does so and Kristina dances under the water with all of the housemates cheering along. Later on, Frankie goes into the bedroom and places his photograph in the middle of his bed. He puts the twins’ photographs either side of his before going back to join the party.

10:21PM
The housemates are preparing for bed on what is their last night in the Big Brother house. Michael and Denise are talking about their Big Brother experience and Michael admits, “it didn’t get easier, it got worse” and says that he didn’t expect the experience to be what it has been. Denise says that it has been a huge “learning curve.” The housemates all reflect on their time in the house as the lights go out for the final night.

Frankie the favourtie for CBB crown

Frankie Cocozza is the favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother tonight, but who would you like to see win?

The X Factor reject entered to a chorus of boos 23 days ago, but is favourite to win the public vote.

Frankie emerged as the front-runner after defending Denise during the arguments seen in Monday night’s highlights show.

At the time of writing, Bet365 have the nineteen-year-old at 11/10 to take the crown later this evening. Loose Woman Denise Welch as second favourite at 3/1, closely followed by rugby player Gareth Thomas with 4/1.

The American housemates are currently outsiders, with Playboy twins Kristina and Karissa and movie star Michael Madsen at 10/1 and 12/1 respectively.
